Firco Messages Filter is designed to automatically block messages involving listed parties.
It accepts as input any message structure (payment, securities, letter of credit, telex, etc.) and determines in milliseconds if there are names, companies, vessels, addresses or banking codes that match the blocked-parties list selected.
Another major benefit of FircoSoft's filter is that can be used with any list: governmental, international, third-party lists (i.e. World Check, TFP, Factiva, World Compliance) and even with your own corporate list.
Main Benefits:
• Accepts any message structure
• Lowest false-positive hits rate of the market (less than 0.5% when using the FML option)
The false-positive hits rate (FPH rate) measures the filter performances.
1% means that: Among 1.000 non-risky messages, Firco Messages Filter will intercept 10 messages.
Our solution can be tuned-up to obtain the best filtering performances according to your flow characteristics.
> Specific name entries may be added to increase the filter performances
Example 1
Your country imposes an embargo on country A. You can create en entry in your list to block all messages involving country A.

To avoid getting a hit for John Doe, you may create a "Good Guy" entry for your customer.
